This presentation will assist school district stake-holders and administrators in navigating day-to-day complications. We will use a Title IX case study to cover trends in publicized complaints and the impact on students. Our discussion includes legal issues and practical tips regarding confidentiality of student records, correcting inaccurate media, communication protocols, interim protections, continuity of services, maintaining safety, and minimizing disruption.
